This Privacy Policy describes how Protovision (“Protovision,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use Protovision Signal at signal.protovision.ai(the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and name.
• Authentication data. We send one-time login codes to your email and store hashed codes, request timestamps, and related rate-limit metadata (such as IP address) to secure sign-in.
• Billing information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and product data. We may collect basic technical and product usage information (for example page path, browser user agent, and feedback you send through Help) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Service (including authentication and plan entitlements)
• Process subscriptions and communicate about billing or account issues
• Respond to support and feedback requests
• Monitor reliability and prevent abuse

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies (or similar technologies) to keep you signed in and recognize your session. These are required for authenticated use of the Service. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used, such as which pages are visited.

Sharing

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, email delivery (for login codes and notifications), and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and our users.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Login codes are short-lived.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
